The marketplace

CarParts Market connects buyers with independent parts stores, workshops and suppliers. Each store sets its own prices, stock and delivery fee and is responsible for the parts it sells and the services it performs. Prices are shown in US dollars and Iraqi dinar using the exchange rate published on the site; the store may charge in either currency.

Orders and payment

Orders are paid in cash on delivery unless another method is offered at checkout. The store may call you to confirm before dispatch. You can cancel an order while it is pending; after that, contact the store. Returns and warranty are handled by the store under Iraqi consumer law.

Accounts

Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account. Stores and suppliers must list only genuine, legally sourced parts with accurate descriptions and photos. We may suspend accounts that post false listings, fake reviews or abusive content.

Reviews

Reviews must reflect your own experience. Stores may reply publicly. We may remove reviews that are abusive, off-topic or not based on a real purchase or booking.

Liability

We provide the platform as is. We are not a party to the sale between you and the store and are not liable for the parts or services themselves beyond what the law requires.
